A delayed shipment

I placed order on April 30 and chose normal delivery time (10-15 days). However, I didn't receive the car model until May 15, so I sent an email to Microturbo. On May 16, the official asked me to provide Chinese name and address. On May 17, the status showed the car model is shipped. Finally, I receive it on May 28. It cost 28 days to ship the car model..... But thankfully, the car is designed delicately and in a good quality.
