5 10, 175 -- L fits perfect for the gym, and M is perfect for runs/casual wear.

Great t shirt!!

Softens up after a few washes. Sleeves are little longer than I’d like but comfy nonetheless. Fits pretty true to size. I’m 5’8 175lbs and the medium fit well, maybe a bit long but I cropped it.
