E6 Connect 8 Course Bundle

While I like to product, buying it and installation was one of the worst online experiences I've had. I placed the order early friday afternoon, and it immediately processed (somewhat). I soon get a confirmation email from sales saying here is your activation code. Wow, GREAT, except, there was no code attached. I write back and they just say yes, it's there. (IT WASN'T). By now it's apparently quitting time at the sales office, so there are no more emails to help and it remains this way until Monday, then it took a bunch more time, but a tech finally figured it out. I was told the validation code used a font color that was not visible. Great planning IT.

I have the 10 course bundle that came with purchase of Flightscooe. To play the 8 course bundle you have to unbind license with that set of courses and bind the other license, then do that in reverse to go back. That makes it a lot more cumbersome than it needs to be. You can purchase courses separately and they add to license, Why can’t E6 do same with this? This needs to be made plain to individuals purchasing package
