Trifecta Hot Salt Set with Walnut Flame Holder

Customer service and great product

I was buying for a coworker who stepped up this year. Unfortunately, my product was damaged during shipping. My wife called to talk through how we can get our gift in time. Alex (owner) spoke with her, was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. Although the sampler was sold out, he was able to put a replacement set together and ship it again (this time without issue). When my coworker opened this “trifecta” it was an instant hit. He likes heat, but knows to try new hot things slowly at first - but was super excited. Hopefully this week we’ll have some chili for lunch! Can’t wait to try it myself!
