Poor quality/no customer service!

The color was not as expected. I have 2 different wigs of this same color & I love ilthem. This one was not light colored. I tried repeated to contact Frannie's Hair & no one ever responded. I'll never buy from Frannie's again. Non existence customer service!!!!
