Country Italian Bread to make Italian Roasted Garlic Bread

Haven't used my bread machine in several years. Mixes I tried were okay but not much different than store bought bread. Using recipes was hit and miss. Prepared Pantry on Facebook and decided to give them a try. The breads have been perfect each time I've made them.
