Bumble Bee Nesting Box

The product itself sends good, but there are no instructions on the box, not even a qr code or link to a website with more info on where to place it, what to expect, how to maintain it, just a cardboard and the item inside. I feel that's both a missed marketing & branding opportunity and rubbish from a customer support perspective. I'm also disappointed there was no expectation of delivery time when I ordered, it was during the last up to Christmas but including an expectation for dispatch and delivery would have instantly changed my perception and improved my feedback score. Will use you again in the future because bees are important, i feel there are areas where you could improve the service to customers for everyone's benefit. Thank you :)

Well made box … simple construction - cool logo … will be interesting to see how it survives a Wellington southerly … waiting for the bees now 🐝
