Bike has been solid but two concerns

First concern is back brake pads seem to have worn out very quickly. Only a month in and both bikes experiencing some squeezing and lack of response with back pads. Second issue is we were supposed to get two complimentary travel bags that were never sent. Would appreciate that being done. Boys were disappointed those didn’t show.

A little on the heavy side

This is a very good, hight quality e-bike, but it’s a little on the heavy side. Difficult to drag up and down stairs.

Tire popped 4th day in

Would recommend making the tubes a bit thicker but besides that it’s good
