Bulgarian Hydro

Next Level Training

I started using the Bulgarian Hydro with my skill position football players my linemen and my baseball guys. I worked on change of direction and juking with them and stability work with the linemen. With the baseball guys I worked on hitting and my pitchers for spine rotation/moblilty. I have all of the hydro products from Finesse so I mix it up depending what I'm work on. All great product.
