Absolutely hated these. Way too small and useless. Unfortunately I started using them after I ran out of the full size version and was totally disappointed. I wouldn’t waste my money or time on these again!

Better Sleep Solution
My husband uses the full mouth tape but I was reluctant to try it because I have very sensitive skin and can break out from even a Band-Aid. I ordered the X mouth tape and it works very well. Even with a full face mask my mouth would fall open leaving me with extremely dry mouth. These keep my mouth closed all night without needing the larger tape. My only issue was that they had a strong smell but taking them out of the package and allowing them to air out solved that problem.
