Lenoria Pumpkin Seed Oil Capsules

I'm not sure what difference or improvement I'm supposed to feel. The capsules are really big and its recommended that you take 3. I'm going to finish the bottles, but will be loking for an easier intake method.

Like the product. But no ability to track where the order was at. Please do a better job of keeping customer updated on where their order is. Sent 2 emails trying to get info. Could have been a non issue with better tracking.
