A learning experience

First of all, I would like to extend my gratitude to Takaokaya cconcerning two main things. I have never owned a Shiki-Futon mattress before and I found the website easy to navigate with just enough options to be able to make, in reality, a chance purchase. Secondly, the customer service courtship was brief and amicable considering the circumstances of another war in the middle-east constraining worldwide shipping. The item arrived only slightly delayed because of this particular circumstance but I felt secure in the wait as I was kept up to speed about the process and developments. Futon

From the initial purchase right up to the delivery, Nanako san was in touch letting me know about the progress of the futon. As far as the futon, I read on the reviews that it feels like sleeping on a cloud. I have to agree.
