I received the shoes n they sent me a size 9 n take 7. 5… I emailed the company n mentioned they sent the wrong size. Obtw I don’t want them hem now because it took so long to receive the shoes. So they offered me 20% refund. I said NO, because the made the mistake NOT me. I told them I want all of my money back…… I haven’t heard from them since the last email……. I’m very disappointed with them……..

These run extremely large, both in length and width. I ordered a 39 and it fits more like an American 10. Beautiful heels, but way too big. Also took nearly a month to arrive. Will be asking for a refund.
