I used the black hair dryer for over three years, and it worked perfectly. I decided to upgrade and bought the white one, but unfortunately, I received a defective unit.
Everything works, but it produces a different, very unpleasant high-pitched noise that really bothers my ears.
I simply asked for a replacement — just to exchange the defective hair dryer for a properly working one!
I’ve been contacting customer support for months, but nobody has responded.
I really like this brand, but apparently they have more important things to do than take care of their customers.

This product is for more homeo. It’s not for professional use that a stylist will be using it for eight hours plus it’s strength is not that high and doesn’t get the hair where I needed to be.
