Cute hat weird sizing

I loved this hat. I got it in six months and it was great. I saw it was on clearance and got the 12 months sizing. It really didn't seem that much bigger

Small Sizing

The customer service was great, no issues there. But the order was not processed correctly initially. When I exchanged for new sizes the hat (s) still didn't fit. I found them to be too small for my child.
