Embroidery is lined for comfort and the fabric is medium lightweight. I recommend sizing up from typical tailored fit clothing; I am 5’ 10” and 175 lbs, the large fits well. If only Leyoma offered a short-sleeve version. These are highly recommended for a distinctive look that breaks the mold on the quarter-zip crowd.
