I do really love the sink and the accessories - I am only docking 1 star because of difficult install with the given specs, and wonder if there needs to be extra details included so that others do not have the same issue we had. We carefully ordered cabinetry based on the spec details given (the owner of the custom cabinetry company also verified the dimensions of the apron sink base cabinet required based from the spec sheet) only to need to have our contractor spend several hours chiseling out more of the fixed shelf that the sink rests upon. This ultimately cost us a few hundred extra dollars in labor costs and some frustration, but ultimately everything worked out fine. I just wanted to give feed-back on our experience. I love to support a Cincinnati-based company, and the sink is big and awesome!

This is a beautiful sink! I also appreciated the level of information they have for customers to know exact dimensions to build the cabinets to spec. There are discrepancies of up to 1/8” that can leave noticeable gaps due to sink height from the basin. There’s not a measurement of clearance needed for the clamp underneath that also made our hole cuts less than ideal. This has accessories you can buy add on, but also comes with a sink drain filter and metal grid to protect the bottom. I would say the grid is most useful. I opted to buy a stainless steel sink drain filter from the internet since the one provided was more of an afterthought after all of the beautiful planning and work they put into the star of the show. 37” wont be ideal of a workstation for cleaning dishes if you use the drying rack provided since that effectively cuts your working space in half. I recommend another solution with more structure to organize and make more use of vertical space. If you’re looking at this, you’ve probably gone down the rabbit hole on sinks. This is a luxury item, and it’s way better at design for sound and use. I think Kohler’s and Delta’s will get the job done, but this has little quality of life things, like the thicker steel and coating preventing large clanking noises. The seamless drain really does cut on the grime to clean. If you have the money to spend on this, it’s great!

The sink was shipped on the day it was ordered and arrived promptly with very good packaging. Product quality was excellent. It was installed last week. It drains well and noise level is very low. Meets or exceeds expectations and no concerns to report. Before installation, we had a question about garbage disposal connection - the phone call to the company was answered promptly and the person was knowledgeable about our question.
