Inkless Portable Printer

We realized that our regular printer will fit our needs. We have not used your machine.The thermal paper printing doesn't last as long and the paper is expensive. We have requested a refund via text but have not heard back from anyone yet. We also tried one phone number but was not able to get thru. Please advise how we can ship this item back for a refund. Thank you

just got it - company was nice enough to send me a video for the set up since I could not scan any code- very portable - love the size - great for black and white printing - have to use other printer if you want color -

I'm so glad to have this new printer instead of having to use someone else's and I'm able to download images from my phone straight to the paper. Talk about convenience of not even having to go somewhere to make copies or download on some other computer and then print off copies on that printer.
