Best I’ve Owned
These are the best glasses I have ever owned for outdoor activities. The clarity is absolutely insane. I live in the southeast in a very wooded area for hiking trails and in the darker shaded parts I could actually see the spiderwebs in front of me. The side shields helped so much with the gnats I usually have to fit too. I just finished a hike out in Colorado and they were just as good! Way less tree coverage meant very bright trails. With a few shaded areas - the transition lenses were exactly what I needed in each sequence of the trail. I will never purchase another brand again.

Shield KJ
These glasses were amazing on my summit climb of Mt Fuji. They auto-adjusted to the sun and protected my eyes at the increased elevations. Amazing sunglasses.

Great Sunglasses - Don't Like the Bono Look
These are the first sunglasses I've owned that have the transition functionality. They work as advertised--you can see out of them well when it's dark and overcast, and they keep you from squinting on bright, blue bird days. I bought the KJ version because as far as I could tell, they were the only ones that covered the whole lighting range, from 1 to 4. The only drawback is that I don't like how my eyes can be seen through the lenses. This is strictly aesthetic and has nothing to do with how they function. The reddish tint to everything is a little weird too, but not unbearable. I'll most likely keep these just because I want glasses that are useful in all lighting conditions--that's the whole reason I spent the money on these.
