Great product! Subpar shipping and excuse.
FIrst off, I will say the product is amazing. It looks beautiful, and has only minimal rubber smell; I anticipate it should last pretty much forever. I also did my research, and the price was the best I could find of about a dozen different places, even with the extremely high shipping cost. That's the good stuff.
Unfortunately, my experience with their shipping was less favorable. Their website lists a 3-5 day delivery time... which is misleading, as that is the time it takes to arrive after it ships. It doesn't clearly say, unless you dig way into a buried FAQ page, that it's 7-14 business days before it ships out. Which is *definately* 14 business days, to the day. I made my order on 1/19, and received an email the same day saying my order was prepped, and to expect a tracking number shortly and I should receive shippment in 3-5 days. Cool. Then nothing for awhile. I followed up on 1/23 after not seeing anything further, and was told that, no, production on the item takes 7-14 business days, and the item is scheduled to ship out on 2/5. I received tracking information, after some additional emails, on 2/6. Item arrived 2/8, just shy of 3 weeks later. Which, by itself, could be understandable, as the explanation was that "The item was being produced".
Except it wasn't. The flooring arrived shrink-wrapped, with a date of production/inspection dated July of 2024. It was already produced and pre-packaged over half a year ago. Unsure of why it took 2.5 weeks to ship out a product that was already ready for shipment well before the time of order. My order was for 2 4'x8' 3/4" rolls, so not a huge order.
BUT. Great flooring, and best price I could find. I would definitely still order from them again... just, expect a full 15 days processing time, no matter what.
