I would say 100% if you know what you’re using it for. It works absolutely amazing on everything, but waterproof mascara unless I had some super glue mascara on my eyes I just couldn’t get it off. However, I rarely wear waterproof mascara, so this will be a requirement in my make up toolbox! It took everything off and made my skin feel like silk!

Doesn’t sting your eyes.

I absolutely love this product. It doesn’t make my eyes sting like other makeup removers and it’s a clean product. Only thing is I wish it came in a bigger size.
