Snow hunting relics

I got to use the Garrett vortex vx9 metal detector on top of 2 inches of snow before we got more snow in central New York. It worked great even with snow on the ground. I found lots of artifacts 8 inches down. I would recommend this metal detector to anyone. The real test will be in North Carolina dig stock 2026! But I guess if I can hunt in snow I can hunt anywhere 😁
