Overall the bag is ok. There is limited room in the main compartment. As wrestlers and coach’s know, there is a lot of travel involved. The limited space means taking additional bags. The shoe pocket is also clunky when you have items In the main part making it awkward to put shoes in. There is no mole straps so you have to clip items to tension straps or other areas. It would be nice if there were intentional places to hook gear. None of the bag is insulated so carrying food and drink means additional bags. I think this is a good bag for local meets where you go home each day. Anything longer and it’s limited.
