Follow the instructions. Clearly says for people with no teeth. I got a large instead of small/medium to have more to work with. I bought these before and I messed because got ahead of myself. If you aren't sure, ask a friend or family to help you and watch the videos. 👍

The good: Easy to follow instructions. They were easy to mold. Looks pretty good from a distance. Fast shipping. Affordable. The bad: Only 24 teeth instead of 28. Teeth seem small for a M/L. Found it difficult to chew missing the 4 rear molars. But for the price i guess its fine.
