Florentine Medium Russel

I love my bag, but it did have some scratches on the back and when I reached out to D&B for an exchange, they claim they don't do exchanges and that I will have to return the bag and then buy it again. That was too much when they could have easily sent a new one and then I would send back the one that was scratched ohh and I would have to pay for postal on a return. Bag is lovely but return/exchange policy sucks

This bag is the perfect soze for all the things I carry to work or just for a quick road trip. The quality of the leather is so beautiful. I love Florentine leather.
