I just love love love these shoes! I’ve ordered them in 3 different colours! They’re super light and airy and feel like you’re wearing nothing but you are! You won’t regret them!!!

I thought the white plastic tabs were part of the packaging. Short version : I cut the shoestring into two pieces. I tried the two ends together and tucked them in but they keep coming out. I don't know how to contact you for a remedy. Can you help me from this review?
