The best bread I’ve ever made; the only bread I’ve ever made

Since receiving the sourdough starter, I have been on a sourdough bread making adventure for the past two weeks. In that time I’ve made sourdough pancakes three loaves of sourdough bread and hope to continue to make 1 to 2 loaves of sourdough bread a week. Given the ease of use and successfulness that I’ve had making sourdough bread, I am excited to also try the sourdough tortillas. This bread has been by far the best bread that I’ve ever had. I love it so much my family loves it, and knowing that it is a ancient wheat, we are so happy to place this into our bodies and feel very blessed that we have found the jovial brand. I would highly recommend jovial products to anyone. I would also highly recommend their sourdough starter to anyone that has ever felt intimidated by baking bread for the first time.

Very flavorful einkorn sourdough

I was finally able to make sourdough bread for the first time thanks to the starter purchased at Jovial foods. I made the not knead bread in the Dutch oven pan. It tasted delicious, took only few times to understand how to work it, first time was a little compact but next time was perfect!!!! And it is very flavorful, I was afraid my children would not like this different flavor instead they love it. I just hope the starter will still be good when I come back from my 2 months trip since I can’t take it with me.
