Einkorn Sourdough Starter

My First

Not sure what to say, I'm new to sourdough, this is my first. Been feeding it every day for a week now and am making bread this weekend. It works, it gets bubbly and more than doubles in size. Kind of a fun science experiment for me.

Starter was a success

Jovial einkorn starter is really great! Successful delicious einkorn bread loaf is my first result. Love it. I have had other starter(other company) that didn't get the job done. You put your time and resources into the project hoping for a good outcome so the Jovial einkorn starter really made my day. Would put a picture of my first bread on the site.....but can't because we ate it ! 🤭

Perfect!!
