Einkorn the Cookbook

I love this cookbook, especially all the extra info & tutorials. Just made my first loaf of Einkorn bread and it was a beauty! Used recipe from Jovial's recipe book. Next I'll try my hand at sourdough Einkorn, and before you know it, Jovial Foods will have turned me into a "trad wife"!!! 😁

Excellent resource with wonderful recipes!

The cook book begins with a delightful background story of the authors. Eikorn flour is different to work with than modern flours. This cookbook details the differences and provides easy to follow recipes. I’ve been impressed with the many of recipes I’ve made.

Love the recipes in this book. Was able to make sourdough bread for the first time!
