Never received, received a box of wrong items, no cust support.

I ordered this and instead received a different color, plus a separate bag with a whole bunch of stuff I never ordered or wanted. Have been trying to get Killstar to send me a label for a courier to pick it up for two weeks. As I am disabled I have limited capacity so this is really frustrating. Is Killstar using AI slop inventory/shipping "management"?
