Disappointed
The results of the product were a little disappointing butlets talk about shopping. When I pay $20 for shipping and I get a crushed box that is partially ripped open already, I'm not a happy customer. Do a better job on that or lower the shipping cost. $20 is well over "overnight shipping" prices and we expect better at that price point.
