Colombia + Brazil - Strawberry

This was a yummy coffee however i enjoyed there strawberry from Columbia the best . This is really good too but imo the issue was more ab the type of grinder burrs i used on my eureka 65 AP zero HU as these burrs highlight those fruity light roasted beans but on the chocolate brazil I think it just made it a tad too overpowering. I think if you do not have high uniformity burrs i bet this would much better or even a conical grinder i think would of truly got those chocolate notes well . Still great bean ❤️
