The posts are a little thicker than what my ears are use to so getting them was a little harder than expected. They didnt bother me at all sleeping in them. So far the only thing I don't like is that it can only tighten so much. My right ear lobe isnt as thick as my left and it keep hanging down not sitting flush against my ear lobe. That is a bit irritating so I may not wear them as much as I had hoped.
