Loved it, some of the pieces were raised, almost like bent a little so that was unfortunate :/, but it was maybe like 20 out of the whole puzzle so it wasn't too bad!

This has been my favorite puzzle so far. I love the 500 piece Bridie puzzles. This one has a certain something in the colors and images that bring a level of difficulty with a little bit of deception. I have put this puzzle together twice already, and therein lies the greatest fun and best experience. The first time I attempted to complete this puzzle I found I was missing pieces! I contacted Birdie and WOWIE! they are great people! I was fixed up right away and couldn't be more happy with their customer service. This is a great little company, with great employees, and great product. This puzzle sent me through the gamut of emotions and experience and Birdie pulled through far beyond expectations. Thank you.
