Purchased standard mop from QVC. The handle became defective shortly after use rather than go through the process of returning it finding the return paperwork, etc. I decided to contact CAMPANELLI to get a replacement handle instead of that they sent me their power mop my goodness what a device this has become the squirt bottle allows. You to quickly do an area, especially the baseboards at a certain age become a real problem getting on your knees. This thing cleans it excellently I found that by reversing them up the spray squirting upwards was better for that application, whereas for the floor, the normal holding position works quite well. What a surprise and what a great company had no idea it would’ve been this good thank you Frank D.
