Hat never showed up

I ordered this hat 2 weeks ago and the hat still isn’t here. I have emailed the copy several different times and have gotten no response. No one will reach back out to me, it’s like I have been forgotten, seems like a really cool hat. You think that if you spend close to 40 dollars on a hat someone would reach back out to you when you ask when your hat is going to be sent out. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
