Was not a good fit did not work for me. Did not have an amazing experience like they are selling. Getting refund a nightmare! Email no answers, called for days put on hold. Today finally someone answerd I had to listen ti music for a seriously long time! I finally spoke with Diana, long story short…. When I tried to cancel and send back the product. I was unable to stress enough that I had not asked for the 20% off subscription she insisted I was not intelligent enough to know what subscribing was. “It means it will come every month” she said. It was her own confusion I didn’t subscribe any more than I had my period, I did not subscribe!!! This moisturizer will show up and be decided for you! SouthBeach is no joke once they get you cc number forget it! So my refund has not been given but at least I documented for my credit card company so they can help me in the future. My conversation to get the address to ship back, went like this…had to say “fine I don’t want the subscription. ” Diana then said “okay I’m going online to cancel the online subscription you signed up for” “you will have to go on line and cancel where you signed up for it” she will repeat until you say, “thank you will you kindly help me?”to basically force a lie. You will have to admit something you! Ladies Just my opinion but the stress is unnecessary to try a product Dr whoever, SouthBeach, and Spotify are selling. They are an insult to our emotional intelligence and say we need it to feel better about ourselves, knowing it will not work like they say. I wished I had read at least one honest review from a real customer. Even one would have made me think I twice. I hope this helps at least a few people. i wanted to provide the number to call them to cancel but I don’t even expect this review will be displayed for you.
