I think because you are dealing in delicate jewelry, you should show a picture of where it was delivered and what its surroundings are . It also would be nice to have the ability to say where you would want it delivered. In my case, I am disabled and would prefer that it be delivered to my apartment door, much as like it would be delivered to a household at their front door. Dropping it off in an entryway or by some mailboxes is poor customer care. I believe, that we as customers, deserve better! So I hope you take this suggestion to heart and make the necessary changes that will pull your product into a higher level of care as a message to existing and potential customers! Thank you for your time and attention! I will add to my review when I have my product in hand and can evaluate it. I anticipate that it will be beautiful and worth the wait!

I like the idea of this product but it didn’t lay nicely around my neck. Please advise how to return for a refund.
