I bought the slim neck cuff and sundial charm and loved them. Unfortunatley in less than 2 months the charm fell off my necklace (no issues with necklace clasp) and is gone!!! I was offered a 20% discount to repurchase which I dont feel is standing behind their product. Might advise to buy elsewhere!
