Radiant Bezel Diamond Ring

Many issues but love the product

The ring was beautiful when we got it, but we have had to send it back 2 times. One of which the diamond was loose. Still waiting for it to get back, not sure in what shape. The communication has been handled poorly/not costumer friendly, you can only email and it takes in general 48 hours to receive an answer to every single email. This began over 2 months ago, hopefully other costumers don't have the same issues and process. .
