AlphaCool Personal Air Conditioner Neck Fan

Noisey, had to cover with a fabric tube to keep my hair from air intake. Need to have loop to hang onto if youre not wearing it. Cooling works but controls are difficult to use especially if wearing it.

Too loud, too heavy and the direction of airflow is not adjustable. Back plate cooling agent is comfortable and a good assistant to cooling.
