The products arrived in proper order. Fragrances of the coffee are amazing. There was a shipping mistake made when ordering via Shop that it caused it to be for pickup. They fixed the issue and it shipped to me as needed. The business is hard to communicate with—in so far as they don’t have a working phone number to call and I didn’t get email or text responses, so I didn’t know they were responding to issues. However, they obviously received and fixed my issue. So, while they could have more clear communication, they were absolutely fantastic to order from otherwise, including that the product is fantastic. Would recommend.

Excellant Coffee

Wow. This was fantastic and should be a top coffee (my opinion). Highly recommend trying. I brewed about Medium-Coarse grind size, 1:15.5 ratio, Third wave water to 92C, V60, Hario filters and used the Osmotic Flow technique.

Still my favorite. Everything I wrote 3 years ago (see my 5/30/2020 comment) is still true.
