I was very please with Paul at Kiln Frog, very nice to work with deciding which unit to purchase to meet my hobby. I am new to the fusing world and so far have found that the unit will be easy to program and use. I have found many Jen-Ken youtube videos that are very helpful on programming and understanding my kiln. Looking forward to making many projects and learning the fusing world.

I was intimidated by the large size after using a small kiln for years. But after firing it a few times I'm very excited about the potential for new, larger projects.
