Soothing Back - Winter Barefoot Shoes

I know it sounds counter intuitive, but I removed the inner soles and inserted my orthotics. Sometimes I will wear them without the orthotics for the "barefoot" practice but i have very flat feet and my feet tilt inwards leading to sore knees. So, I use the barefoot shoes in different ways. They slip on really nicely if I don't wear thick socks and the stretch pull lace is a great idea.

These waterproof shoes are a dream to wear - comfy and warm. Really, really pleased with them. I also can't believe the improvement in my balance since converting to barefoot shoes

These boots are really the most comfortable and warm boots for the daily dog walks and everyday activities. I really wish I could afford another pair. Excellent quality.
