Kwikset Re-Keying, Pin Kit With Tools + Free Book!!!

Excellent set. The colored pins dramatically improve pin sorting and locating. Pin tolerances and shape seem pretty good. The included tools were exactly what I needed, and the book was certainly helpful for me as a beginner. My main concern is that the included springs are a bit longer than stock Kwikset springs; and, if you find yourself having to put the top pins and springs back in, that height difference can make it difficult to keep the top metal retaining clip level as you push it back into place.
