5 stars for customer service. I ordered as a gift & it shipped quickly. Unfortunately FedEx decided to mutilate the box & delay shipping for a day. It arrived thawed & unusable. I called the number listed on their documents, a real person answered & a replacement order was placed & shipped promptly.
