I’m 66 years old and I just started rope flow. I’ve definitely gone down the rabbit hole watching instructional videos, etc. I walk my dog down to the lake in the city where I live twice a day and I always have my rope with me to practice for a bit. I also take it to the gym with me and flow between sets when I’m lifting, especially if a good song comes on the speaker system. Right now I’m trying to learn to connect my flows without thinking too much about it.

I was a little skeptical but the first ten minutes of using this rope helped warm up my wrists, elbows, and shoulders and left me a little tired. Looking forward to learning more skills and seeing how this will affect my whole body. I plan on using this as my warm up and cool down every day.

Im very new to rope flow , but this has been a huge positive add to my fitness journey. The rope is perfect for any beginner looking to get into flowing. 100% recommend.
