The sales process was thorough and smooth. The sales associates were very kind and helpful. Unpackaging the mattresses and preparing them was smooth and we are very happy with the results.

I don't know how you can improve your product, but I just know this mattress didn't work for me, even with all of the layer changes. I still ended up with sore hips in every configuration--the very thing I bought this mattress to address. I slept on a generic memory foam mattress on vacation and had no hip pain at all. So you're missing something.

It was great and customer service is great too!
