Westbound Utility Pant

Beautiful quality, design, washed colour and overall fit. I just ordered my first pair to trial as gardening/outdoor work clothes and so far I love them. The button closure is much more comfortable than a zip and the material retains its shape and structure whilst giving a little wind wear and relaxing in fit slightly. I will be purchasing more! I tried the 30 (usually a 12), they are snug on the waist but perfect through hips and thigh.

Overall, I like these pants. I originally ordered my usual size, 32 but the rise and the length were too short for me. Went up a size and even with the adjustable waist, they are pretty big. I like a looser fit generally. For my body type (5’ 8, 165 lbs), the jump in sizes is pretty substantial. The fabric and style are great. I can’t say they run true to size, small or large because my usual is small and next size up is big.

Some of my favorite pants! I’ve mainly been wearing them to do physical labor in the hot sun and dirt. Between swamping trees, repairing stonewalls, and everything in between. They are so well made that you literally can’t tell how dirty they can get and no stitches ripped when I fell through a hole and my leg caught and got seriously scraped, yet the pants are unharmed. I’m on an international trip right now with work in the beginning and plan on wearing these out and about in towns and hiking for the rest. Seriously wonderful pants, highly recommend. Per review suggestions, I sized down one size. Initially I thought I made a mistake but they form fit as you wear them. Glad I followed the advice!
