Given that I ordered a Pro+ set with custom extras, the overall experience has been very frustrating. For almost three months there were no meaningful updates. I was informed that you were overwhelmed with orders, out of boxes and purple trackers (which were not part of my order), while also dealing with internal issues. Based on that, I waited patiently without pushing for status updates. However, there were no updates at all until I reached out on February 14 through your Discord server. I also suggested twice that the package could be shipped to another state instead of another country to simplify logistics, but that option was never addressed. Support responses were slow, and the 48 hour shipping cancellation window passed before I received a reply. The package was only recently shipped and is now stuck in customs. DHL contacted me twice for additional information and then went silent for a week. For a Pro level order at this price, I expected significantly better communication and coordination. I 100% understand that neither shipping nor customs are directly your fault, and I acknowledge that international shipping can be complicated. I also appreciate that the order was not canceled because of this. However, international shipping was one of the key reasons I chose Orion trackers instead of no-name AliExpress trackers or the original Slimes, which all share similar technical limitations. What frustrates me most is the lack of proactive communication. I expected to be contacted if additional information was required or if there were complications.

My daughter did a lot of research before purchasing trackers and we decided on Somatic VR. The trackers have exceeded her expectations and the pricepoint can't be beat. The company is wonderful and the few issues we did have were resolved right away!
