Exceptional

Not one to normally write a review, but feel compelled to do so in light of the exceptional the service I received from MediaDevil. Excellent, courteous and prompt advice provided by the Company (thank you Rob) in response to my somewhat bespoke requirement (pouch to accommodate phone and bumper case). Product received the next day was of high quality and perfect for the job. From order to receipt of goods the Company has been a delight to deal with. Sorry guys, but will definitely be coming back in the future :)

Great Service

I bought my first pouch around six years ago, just purchased another one for me. There was an issue with the stitching – I contacted MediaDevil, the issue was resolved within a few days, a new pouch was sent to me. My wife uses one for her Samsung phone and my two daughters for their iPhones. Quality is excellent as is the after sales service. Good luck to Callum and the rest of the MediaDevil team.

Great quality, value and design

I'm on my 3rd MediaDevil phone leather pouch. The first I ended up replacing the phone after only a couple of months and couldn't use the pouch any more but I loved it so much I immediately bought another for my new iPhone. Three years on and it has finally given up the ghost - the fabric "tongue" you pull to eject the phone from the case came clean off. This however is after literally dozens of uses every day for years. So, from several years of experience I can say that these cases really well made, out of nice material that ages well and still feels pleasant even after years of being stuffed into pockets and bags, dropped and generally mishandled. The pouch stays perfectly in shape and doesn't slacken so the phone slips out even after YEARS! I am thoroughly pleased with my new case. The last one was navy blue and had a nice polished feel to it - slightly irregular patterns across the surface that helped with grip. This time I bought the brown leather case and it's a joy to use - the leather used is really top quality and feels more like suede than leather. To summarise, the MediaDevil ArtisanPouch is by far the best phone case I've ever bought and I'll continue to buy them as I replace my phone for the foreseeable future. They are that good.
